You must have Return Authorization before returning. Items without authorization will not be accepted. Items in other than new and un-opened condition will not be eligible for our regular return policy, but we may choose to accept them at a reduced rate, so please let us know if your item is in this category. Special orders are not returnable.
Other things to note about your return or exchange: You are responsible to pay delivery and return shipping costs. You can use a carrier of your choice, or we can assist you if necessary.
