Propel Annual Service Plans are crafted to deliver comprehensive maintenance and support services tailored specifically for e-bike owners. Our aim is to optimize your e-bike’s performance, ensuring it runs reliably and lasts longer. Designed for customers who prioritize regular maintenance, performance enhancement, and safety assurance for their electric rides, our service plans guarantee peace of mind and optimal riding experience throughout the year.
Annual Service Plans for Your E-Bike
TIER 1 – ESSENTIAL PLAN $200 Annually (Complimentary with same-day new bike purchase from Propel)*
- Access to our special Propel Member benefits such as the discounted labor rate of $110/hr (instead of $135/hr) and priority booking for all your service appointments.
TIER 2 – PREMIUM PLAN $300 Annually (Total $550 Value, most recommended)**
- All the benefits of the Essential Plan
- Enjoy the convenience of complimentary quick adjustments (5 mins or less) to keep your ride in top condition (~$50 value).
- Free installation of grips, pedals, and saddles when purchased from Propel.
- Benefit from 2x flat tire repairs annually, ensuring you’re always ready to roll ($50 value)
- Receive 2x Class 1 Tune-ups, valued at $400, to maintain optimal performance and extend the life of your e-bike.
TIER 3 – ELITE PLAN $400 Annually (Total $600+ Value)**
- All the benefits of the Premium Plan
- Plus, enjoy a 10% discount on accessories & parts priced under $200, enhancing your e-bike experience with quality upgrades
*If you’ve brought your bike in for service with us before August 15th, 2024, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Tier 1 plan at no cost for the bike listed in our service records. This coverage is valid until August 15th, 2025. After that date, discounted pricing will only be available with the purchase of an annual service plan or a new bike for a limited time.
**Get $50 off Tier 2 and Tier 3 service plans when you purchase them on the same day as a new bike from Propel. Please note that these plans do not cover the cost of parts or installation unless specified otherwise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Propel Service Plans are available to e-bike owners who purchased their bikes directly from Propel. If you bought your e-bike from Propel within the last 3 months, you qualify for a $50 discount on your service plan. For e-bikes purchased elsewhere, eligibility will be assessed by Propel’s Service Manager. We understand that some customers may have e-bikes from other retailers. Contact us to verify eligibility for service plans on e-bikes purchased elsewhere. We’re here to help ensure all e-bike owners receive the support they need.
Service Plans become active from the date of purchase or delivery of the new bike and remain valid for one calendar year.
Your Propel Service Plan renews automatically each year for uninterrupted support. You can cancel renewal at any time, though current plans cannot be returned or refunded. We notify you before renewal, allowing you to make changes. If your credit card expires, we’ll prompt you to update it.
All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. While we try to accommodate your preferred time, immediate service is not guaranteed. Bring your e-bike to our facility at the scheduled time for covered maintenance. Our plans offer comprehensive coverage but do not cover all service costs. Refer to our Service Menu for details here.
Our Service Plans do not cover the cost of replacement parts, non-routine repair services (including those needed due to accidents or misuse), or warranty-related issues. Installation of parts such as grips, pedals, and saddles is not included unless specified in the plan. Transportation costs are also excluded. While our plans do not replace manufacturer warranties, we offer an Extended Warranty Program through Guardsmen for additional coverage. With our Premium Plan, enjoy exclusive discounts on parts and accessories under $200. Discounts apply to regularly priced items only. You can upgrade from the Essential Plan to the Premium Plan at any time during your plan period.

Customers are responsible for transporting their e-bikes to and from our service locations. We may offer paid pick-up and delivery, but immediate availability isn’t guaranteed. Propel isn’t liable for unused benefits due to transportation issues.
Service Plans are tied to your e-bike’s frame number but can be transferred to a new owner if the bike is sold. Propel reserves the right to refuse or modify any Service Plan, with the only remedy being the refund of the unused portion of the purchase price.
